Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the day on which they receive the purchased items.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer Customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by email sent to info@nymphaicosmetics.com. For this purpose, it will be necessary to send a simple communication containing the consumer Customer’s first name, last name, address, purchased goods, order number and date of receipt, and any payment method for the refund.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If the Customer withdraws from this contract, they will be reimbursed for all payments made without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the seller has received the goods subject to withdrawal.

Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly requested another method.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the goods to the address provided by the seller without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen days from the date on which the return address is communicated. The goods must be returned perfectly intact and unused in any way.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
